Modification of Family Court Orders
Some family court orders can be modified. One example is child support. These orders can be modified if there are significant and continuing changes to a parent’s income, changes in the parent time, or because a child has graduated high school and is 18 years old. Parenting time might change because the needs of the child or family have changed. Examples include the work schedule of a parent or residence of a parent has changed.
