Child Support

Our office can assist with establishing, modifying, and enforcing child support.  The current Arizona Child Support statute is A.R.S. Sec. 25-320.  There is a child support worksheet that is used by the Courts.  Information about the family,  each parent’s income, the child’s health insurance costs, the child’s daycare costs, and parenting time are some of the information needed to prepare the Worksheet.  The parties can agree to a child support order with an amount higher or lower than what the Guidelines call for.  It may be appropriate to modify the support order.  If a parent is not paying support, enforcement may be needed.
