Zawtocki Law offers collaborative law services as a cooperative, problem-solving approach to resolving disputes—especially family-related ones—rather than a combative courtroom approach.
The Arizona Rules of Family Court Procedure allow parties to resolve their matters without Court intervention. ARFLP Rule 67.1. In this process, the parties are each represented by an attorney trained in the Collaborative Law Process. They also agree to use other professionals trained in this process which might include a communications coach, a financial professional, or a child professional. This process is often used for divorce, but can also be used for parents who need help establishing legal decision making, parenting time, and support.
