Grandparent Rights
Arizona law recognizes the special relationship a child and grandparent have. In some families, the grandparent is now the primary care giver of the minor child and it is best for the child that this relationship continue under court orders. In some other families, perhaps the grandparent has a more traditional role and seeks to maintain that relationship with the child, even when a parent does not agree.
